Coordinating Wedding Day only is designed for brides and grooms who have planned their own wedding but would like to have a wedding expert oversee the rehearsal, ceremony and reception; to ensure all details of their wedding day are executed with high excellence so that they can enjoy their wedding day.

Coordinating Wedding Day Only Service includes:

1. Consultation  sessions with couples prior to the wedding
2. Supervision of wedding rehearsal
3. Direction of wedding ceremony and reception
4. Decoration at wedding ceremony and reception sites set-up as agreed upon specification
5. Supervision of wedding day photo and video session
6. Handling remaining vendor payments and gratuities
7. Supervision of ceremony and reception set-up
8. Revision of vendor contracts and follow-up with all vendor  to confirm wedding details
9. Review of planning and wedding day details
10. Coordinate setup of wedding items and party favors
11. Coordination of couples wedding gifts
12. Supervision of all vendor arrivals, setup and departure

This package is a flat fee of $750.00. My job is to help my clients relax and enjoy their special day with their family friends. So put your wedding plans in my hands and I’ll take care of all the wedding details.
