My service offers all brides and grooms a piece of mind throughout the entire wedding process and on their wedding day.
Our Full Wedding Coordination service includes:
- Development of your wedding theme
- Budget allocation and management
- Vendor recommendation and selection
- Wedding day on-site direction of ceremony and reception
- Supervision of photo and video shoot
- Attendance in appointment with officiant to discuss wedding ceremony details
- Attend vendor meeting, contract negotiation/review, follow-ups and confirmation
- Coordination of wedding rehearsal
- Supervision of wedding ceremony and reception set-up

Full Wedding Coordination Fees
The fee for this package is 10% of the total wedding budget.
Example: If the wedding has a budget of$20,000 then the fee would be $2000. A minimum deposit of $1000 is required to reserve wedding consultant. |
